Project Manager

A Brave New is looking for a Project Manager to manage key client projects. A Brave New is a boutique marketing agency in Seattle, WA. We use branding, web design and inbound marketing to drive dramatic growth for our clients. We're all about helping clients achieve their big ideas. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope and oversight of all aspects of projects. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of all projects.

Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of their team and the projects they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams. Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time within budget and scope. The project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

  • Develop and manage project plans to track and maintain progress

  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

  • Identify and minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Manage project management system

  • Take the lead on putting definition around new or poorly defined project requests, tasks, or issues - or asking for help if needed

  • Escalate what is hot on a daily/weekly basis to the team - keeping your finger on what’s a priority or at risk

  • Manage logistics around client meetings

  • Participate or facilitate client meetings

  • Facilitate status calls with clients

  • Complete production tasks in Hubspot and other softwares

  • Check work to make sure it meets requirements (proofing changes, etc.)

  • Assist team with placing digital media

Experience & Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven working experience in a startup or agency environment

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

  • Experience with Hubspot, G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Wordpress

  • Experience placing digital media is a plus
